Structure Demolition
The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following major elements:
• Obtaining all necessary permits and coordination of utility terminations.
• Hazardous substance remediation, if present
• Demolition of up to 16 flood damaged residential structures and appurtenant structures,
including fencing.
• Clean up and restoration of demolition sites, staging areas, access routes and any other
disturbed areas.
