The project consists of waterproofing the existing stone foundation of the South Boiler Plant. Work will include site excavation and protection, installation of shotcrete on the existing stone foundation, installation of new waterproofing system, foundation footing drains, installation of storm culverts and structures, paving, fencing, demolition of an existing two-car garage, and miscellaneous site work
