The Massachusetts National Guard's Purchasing and Contracting Office is seeking market information on vendors capable of providing the services as described herein. MA NG P&C is currently conducting market research to identify qualified and interested potential sources, in particular, small business capability. The information requested by this Sources Sought will be used within the MA NG to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency.

For the purposes of this Sources Sought, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430 with a size standard of $11M.


This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this notice. The US Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.


Responses to this Sources Sought notice should indicate:
1. An affirmative answer that your firm is capable of providing services in accordance with the attached PWS;
2. Your firm's socioeconomic classification (small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, etc.).
