Strong Bonds Couples Event
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912J6-20-Q-0003, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-06, effective 09/10/2019. This procurement is being solicited as 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $35 MIL. The following commercial services are requested in this solicitation:
Contractor shall provide all items listed below. Contract line item numbers (CLINs) and quantities are as follows:
CLIN 0001: Strong Bonds Couples Event (See attached Statement of Work for Full Details) Period of Performance 22-24 November, 2019.
CLIN 0002: Contractor Manpower Reporting
FAR and DFARS provisions/clauses incorporated into this RFQ and/or the resulting contract(s) are attached. The full text of the referenced provisions/clauses may be found at http://www.acquisition.gov. Vendors must submit the Representations and Certifications from Attachment #1, Full Text Provisions and Clauses, with their quote only if they differ from, or have not been completed within, their System for Award Management (SAM) profile.
Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded for the requested service as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The government evaluation factor for this acquisition is lowest price that meets the minimum specifications. The government plans to award the lowest priced product that meets the minimum essential needs. The Government intends to make a single award as a result of this solicitation.
