Stress First Aid for First Responders Instuctor
The U.S. Forest Service (FS) is conducting a market analysis with this RFI to refine its requirement and determine the most suitable approach for acquiring and fulfilling the needs associated with providing class instruction and curriculum material development in the field of Wildland Fire Stress First Aid.
The information collected in this RFI will be used to further define the government's requirements and create the appropriate acquisition strategy. Consequently, do not submit proprietary information in response to this request. All submission information will be considered in finalizing the FS' requirements.
Responding to this RFI does not automatically include the responder on an offerors list, if such a list is developed. Depending on the quantity and quality of the responses received, the criteria may serve to generate the initial pool of potential vendors to be invited to respond to a resulting solicitation.
