Illinois Children's Heatlhcare Foundation (ILCHF) announces a request for proposals for programs designed to reduce barriers preventing children from receiving optimal levels of comprehensive oral heatlh care. These proposals should not be mere creation or expansion of physical facilities. Funding will not be provided for general operating expenses associated with current levels of service provision, current staffing levels or fundign shortfalls. This RFP is open to eligible organizations that currently or previously received funding through the Foundation's oral health efforts.
