Streetscape Project
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The Streetscape project is a total distance of 580 feet. The enhancement will include narrowing the roadway from 30 feet wide to 22 feet wide, new 24 inch curb and gutter on each side, a 5 foot brick paver sidewalk with a four foot landscape strip on the north side and a ten foot concrete multiuse pedestrian walkway with a four foot landscape strip on the south side. The project also includes landscaping and some hardscape amenities such as trash receptacles and decorative benches.
