Street Redevelopment Project
City Council approved a redevelopment plan for the 12 block area. The plan calls for the City to acquire property, clear the lots and redevelop the lots for residential occupancy in new homes and apartments. The City's desire and intent is to convey the property in the two blocks described above to a developer at no cost subject to the terms of a redevelopment agreement to be negotiated that will result in single family and/or duplex homes either for sale or rent.
