The Sacramento Safe Community Partnership will monitor and fine-tune the strategy
by tracking all aspects of the program, including crime statistics of targeted individuals
and areas, quantities and types of social services provided, and recidivism rates for
those who receive services. The Partnership will adjust the strategies and services
provided to ensure that the specific needs of individual communities are met.
