The City is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to prepare and mail the Street Listing. The Street Listing will be performed using data extracted from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Voter Registration Information System (VRIS) database. The postage costs for outgoing street listing and confirmation mailing will be assumed by the vendor and shall be factored into the unit price bid. A return envelope for the street listing must be included, but postage is to be paid by the respondent (not City or Vendor). The City will pay for business reply postage for the confirmation return cards only (separate from the bid price).
