N Notice is hereby given that City Auditor and City Engineer of the City of West Fargo, North Dakota will meet at the office of the City Commission at City Hall which has an address of 800 4th Avenue East, West Fargo, North Dakota on the 12th day of November 2008 at 10:30 a.m. for the purpose of opening bids for the furnishing of materials, labor and skills needed to construct Street Improvement District #2195 - Phase I (Fargo Improvement District #5530-5) for the City of West Fargo, as more fully described in the plans and specifications for said improvement, which are on file in the office of the City Auditor of said City. Bids will be received until the above set forth time
