The City seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide cleaners to perform activities including, but not limited to, the following:
1. Remove litter, leaves, and debris from sidewalks and curbs
2. Remove stickers, and handbills from public space infrastructure
3. Remove graffiti from public spaces and private property at street level
4. Power wash sidewalks
5. Remove weeds from tree grates, sidewalk cracks, etc.
6. Remove short-dump garbage
7. Special cleaning projects - as assigned
