Street Address Database Development
The County of Westchester, New York, Department of Information Technology, is
requesting proposals from qualified firms experienced in the development of digital
spatial street address databases, and in configuring these databases for use in both ESRI
geocoding services and in Intergraph Public Safety (IPS) Computer-Aided Dispatch
(CAD) software. For the purposes of this RFP, the County is seeking to update an
existing point-based street address dataset for two municipalities, but the County expects
to continue similar data development for other Towns and Cities in the County following
successful completion of this initial project.
