Stream and Wetland Mitigation Credits

It has been determined that Stream and Wetland Mitigation Credits in compliance with the Regulatory Division-Standard Operating Procedure for Mitigation must be purchased to compensate for the impacts to area streams and wetlands resulting from the construction of several capital sales tax projects. Only existing mitigation banks with available credits will be eligible due to permitting commitments. Project specific mitigation will not be considered.
