The city, in partnership with P+OSI seeks consultants with demonstrated experience in working with organizations to create successful strategic, business, organizational and communication strategies. The consultant will work with OSD and P+OSI's Leadership Committee, other key stakeholders, and P+OSI staff to develop a strategic plan. The process is comprised of two primary elements of work: 1) Honing the institutes' mission and vision; and 2) creation of strategic plan that includes 1) key priorities and actions; and 2) a fundraising and business strategy; 3) communications and branding framework; and 4) organizational and governance strategy.
