Strategic planning services
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, working in partnership with the Philadelphia City Planning Commission, is soliciting proposals from consultants to develop a strategic area plan for public intervention and investment that will spur residential and commercial development, through public improvements to commercial corridors, and public space enhancements in the Point Breeze community of South Philadelphia.
