Arkansas State University (the University) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for an external
STRATEGIC WEB CONSULTATION FIRM to perform an intensive audit and analysis of the general
design of the University website, including the information architecture (internet and intranet content)
supporting the web presence, and the processes by which content is developed and published. The
consultant will then make recommendations for improvement using the existing site as the basis.
