Strategic Planning for Electric Utility
The Utility is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations
and firms to provide strategic planning services. The selected consultant must have experience
in developing strategic plans for publicly‐owned electric utilities and the ability to communicate
effectively with REU staff, facilitate planning meetings, technical understanding of the publicly‐
owned electric industry and the challenges the industry is facing, expertise in reviewing and
analyzing data, and making sound business recommendations based upon that data
