The Council seeks a contractor with experience and expertise in strategic planning, facilitation, and health care financing to accomplish strategic planning goals for statewide Aging and Disability Resource Connections (ADRC) expansion efforts. The contract will require close coordination and cooperation between SILC's ADRC Program Manager, California Health & Human Services's (CHHS) California Community Choices Project Coordinator, and the statewide ADRC Advisory Committee.
