Strategic Planning - Request for Proposals
The organization is seeking proposals from organizations that may be interested in providing all or parts of the following deliverables:
¨ Designing a strategic planning process that responds to the current and potential opportunities;
¨ Facilitating the strategic planning process utilizing an Appreciative Inquiry, or similar strength-based methodology;
¨ Formulating a three to five year strategic plan (April 2011 to March 2014);
¨ Developing the implementation plan and key tools associated with it.
