Strategic Planning Services
The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit professional consulting services that
will help the County develop an organizational strategy that outlines goals and objectives for the County, as well as outlines how the County can successfully reach these goals. The County desires to develop a current, comprehensive strategic plan that will incorporate major organizational initiatives into one document that captures the big picture, all under the umbrella of one shared, strategic vision; and sets a vision for what the County will be like in the future and how to achieve the vision.
