Strategic Planning Facilitation
The Saint John Airport Inc (SJAI) is seeking competitive proposals for the provision of consulting
services for:
Facilitation of Strategic Plan consultation sessions and existing strategic plan updating.
One initial three day visit and a follow up three day visit.
To assist management team in fine tuning its Strategic Plan such as to incorporate stakeholder
feedback and serve as a guide and contributor to the establishment of a 20 year Master Plan.
Joint meetings with key stakeholders, airport management team and board to obtain appropriate
feedback and best contribute to the development of the Strategic Plan
