The intent of the procurement is to obtain the services of a qualified, exclusively higher education consulting firm to advise and assist Georgia State University in developing and delivering a comprehensive institutional Strategic Plan with 1-year, 5-year, and 10-year objectives. The consulting firm is required to have extensive experience working with complex, research universities to generate comprehensive institutional Strategic Plans utilizing processes featuring broad participation by administrators, faculty, staff, students, and other university constituents, and based on thorough external and internal environmental assessments and translation of those findings into dynamic strategies, goals, and objectives consistent with the full spectrum of applicable resources.
