Strategic Plan
The majority of this project was completed except for an agency strategic plan which was put on hold while the Council went through internal restructuring. Now that the restructuring process is complete, it is appropriate to develop the Strategic Plan. The Council is searching for qualified individuals/organizations to develop and implement a valid and reliable Strategic Plan that incorporates the Vision, Mission, Core Business Services, and Strategic Priorities.
