Strategic Master Plan
The City seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, hereafter referred to as “Respondent”, to provide a comprehensive ten-year strategic master plan and implementation guide , hereinafter “Plan”, that shall define the current and future roles and responsibilities of the City’s Library.
