Strategic Management and Resource Technology Department Operation
The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) has initiated a project to improve its ability to fulfill its Emergency Medical Response missions and to improve management of its daily business. This will be achieved by implementing a new IT infrastructure to support and help to automate structured business processes. The environment and structured business processes will be part of what IDPH is calling the Strategic Management And Resource Technology Department Operations Center, (SMART DOC).
