Strategic Management Consulting
The North Carolina Department of Commerce (NC DOC) has a business need for a strategic resource that supports and enhances the operations of the entire department by improving project management, coordinating and facilitating cross-functional projects and initiatives, reducing risk, improving communications, and creating efficiencies. The purpose of this RFP and any consulting contract award is to solicit proposals for providing the NC DOC with ongoing strategic management consulting services. The selected vendor will oversee, manage and advise on the NC DOC project portfolio, which will include strategic initiatives, business processes and projects.
