The Strategic Interoperable Communications Training and Exercise Plan (SICTEP) plan will align with the Statewide Communications Interoperability Plan (SCIP), Alaskas Multi-Year Preparedness Plan (MMYP) and the National Emergency Communications Plan (NECP). The purpose of the SICTEP is to create a cohesive, holistic training and exercise program for interoperable communications that is synchronized and integrated into Alaskas preparedness and interoperability efforts. This project is funded for approximately six months from the date of agreement.
