Strategic Economic Development Plan
The City seeks the services of a qualified consultant and/or corporate entities interested in developing a customized, comprehensive strategic plan for the community's economic development for the period 2011 - 2020. This ten-year plan seeks to address issues such as 1) growth in the commercial and residential sectorsk 2) retail displacement and vacancy trendsk 3) strategies to improve and reduce vacancy in the retail and office sectorsk and, 4) identifying and developing incentive strategies to create a more viable and competitive business environment.
