The Contractor awarded a contract as a result of this RFP will be required to provide the following services: (1) Create a strategic communications plan; and (2) Event management as needed
The Client anticipates that the strategic communications plan is a one-time planning and product development effort. The client hosts two types of events that require a different level of oversight and management. Tier 1 events are those that involve a multi-day event scope and include more detailed regional and/or national marketing and public relations. Tier 2 events are more city focused and require basic management and basic digital only media marketing.
