Strategic Communications Consultant
The Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations (MACDC) is seeking a consultant to provide strategic communications assistance to the Western Massachusetts Community Development Collaborative (WMCDC), a cooperative effort among MACDC and eleven community development corporations (WMCDC Members) in Western Massachusetts. The Consultant will be responsible for a) conducting an in-depth assessment of the strategic communications capacity of each of the 11 WMCDC Members; b) developing an individual Strategic Communication Action Plan for each of the 11 WMCDC Members to improve and enhance their strategic communications capacity; and c) working with MACDC and up to 6 WMCDC members on the implementation of their Strategic Communication Action Plans. The timeframe for this project is January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 with continuation possible, contingent upon performance and funding.
