Strategic Action Plan
The consultant or consultant team selected will construct an overarching plan to guide the efforts and investments and other entities involved in the implementation. Strategic Action Plan will synthesize the existing and ongoing planning efforts into one document and will include cost estimates of Action Items, prioritize Action Items, and construct a timeline for implementation of Action Items.
