Stormwater Management Pond Improvements

Sealed bids are invited for rehabilitation of the (2) Stormwater Management Ponds as summarized
below.
1) Rehabilitation of the existing Stormwater Management Pond. Work will include the replacement of the existing principal
spillway structure and emergency spillway; replacement of the discharge pipe; removal of trees from
the pond bottom and its embankments; and stormwater quality retrofit design, in accordance with the
contract specifications and drawings.
2) Rehabilitation of the existing Stormwater Management Pond. Work will include the replacement of the existing principal spillway
structure and emergency spillway; replacement of the discharge pipe; conversion from a dry pond to a
micro-pool design; removal of trees from the pond and its embankments; and stormwater quality
retrofit design in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings.
