The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to SIRSI Corporation, Sirsi Dynix Technology Center, 3300 North Ashton Boulevard Lehi, UT 84043 for annual software maintenance on Unicorn STILAS model classified system (item no. 30-95001-000). The order will contain a base period of 01 October 2014 through 30 September 2015 with 4 one year option periods. The procurement is sole source for the following reasons. The software is proprietary to Sirsi and Sirsi is the only company who can maintain the software, create new versions, and provide a helpdesk service.
Delivery will be FOB Destination to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity Panama City, 110 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407 within twelve (12) weeks after award. NAICS 511210. Size Standard: $25M employees. FSC 7030.
