Stewardship PVJ and Section 17 Project
This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm fixed price, commercial items services, stewardship contract, to include some construction work for the Stewardship requirement for services and commercial product removal located in Lakeview, OR. The performance period is tentatively from date of award to two (2) years. The NAICS code is 115310 B? Support Activities for Forestry, and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. The basis of award will be by evaluating price and other factors. The technical/non-price evaluation factors are past experience, and support of the local economy and community relations where technical/non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are significantly less important than price. Award will be made to a responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about August 25, 2019.
