Sterilization Sinks
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO 1), White River Junction, VT intends to issue Request for Information no. VA241-17-N-0210.
The Togus VA Medical Center located at 1 VA Center, Augusta, ME 04330-6719, intends to purchase for the Togus VA Medical Center, sterilization sinks, as stated in the following Statement of Work, under a sole source contract to an SDVOSB or VOSB, if identified.
This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contract Specialist no later than 3/29/2017 at 3:00 p.m. Responses should be sent to john.harris405@va.gov. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
The appropriate NAICS Code is 339113 (Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing) , with a small business size standard 750.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions and specifications of the solicitation.
The scope of this procurement is to provide delivery and installation of sterilization sinks as described in the following Statement of Work.

1 triple bay sink :
30 depth x (Not to exceed) 108 width x 32 to 40 high work surface (46 high with back splash)
(3) 26 x 17 x 10 deep sink bowls
1 double bay sink:
30 depth x (Not to exceed) 108 width x 32 to 40 high work surface (46 high with back splash)
(2) 26 x 17 x 10 deep sink bowls
2 spacing between sink bowls
Adjustable heights with push button control
6 high back splash and left side splash
Hot and cold mounted deck pre-rinse that provides cleaning flexibility
Reverse osmosis water faucets that meet manual cleaning standards
Water and air pistols to quickly rinse and dry
Etched gallon indicators to aide in accurate mixing of detergents and chemicals
Electronically controlled peristaltic pump dispenser
Stainless steal
Full length under-shelf
Remove existing sinks, receive and set in place new sinks
