Steel Shop Expansion Project
The work consists of but is not limited to: demolition of some existing conditions, site work, foundation, procurement and
installation of a pre-engineered metal frame building (metal roof, metal wall panels), windows and bay doors. The project will
also include the expansion of the break room and updating of the restrooms to meet ADA standards. It is anticipated that the
supplier of the pre-engineered metal building will be required to perform some engineering before it is manufactured.
