Steam Valve & Condensate Replacement
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to replace three stop angle stop-check valves and all condensate piping in the boiler room. The requirement also contains Optional Bid Items to bring a Boiler back to operational condition. These include, but are not limited to, replacing missing equipment and parts, retubing boiler, removing and replacing refractory in-place, conducting an operational assessment, and identifying and reporting any needed repairs. Work will take place in Room P1-008 at the Robert V. Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 100 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, NE.
