The Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, in its effort to successfully implement a person-centered, recovery-oriented, and value-driven system of care requests proposals from qualified private non-profit applicants to establish a process to train, certify, and maintain a statewide certification process for Recovery Support Specialists, Peer Delivered Services, in accordance with, but not limited, the standards of the Medicaid Rehabilitation Option (MRO) specific to the provisions of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Community Support Teams (CSP).
