Statewide Student Record and Transcript Exchange
The State recognizes there is no statewide solution to enable the electronic exchange of student records and transcripts within the PK-12 sector or between the PK-20 and other educational sectors. PK-20 institutions are using labor intensive and non-secure paper processes to transfer this student information on students that are moving from school to school and from secondary to post-secondary education. The State seeks a solution to enable these institutions to implement a standardized electronic process
