Statewide Outreach and Education Services
Goal: increase citizen awareness of the availability of long term supports and services, as well as the application processes for Medicaid and Medicaid non-institutional long term services and supports by creating and executing an outreach and education plan that informs, and guides potential consumers and stakeholders about available long term services and supports options and how to access these services.
