Statewide On-The-Job Trainee Supportive Services
Offerors interested in providing Statewide On-The-Job (OJT) Trainee Supportive Services for the Highway Construction Industry. The objective is to increase the participation of minorities, females and disadvantaged persons in the highway construction industry by providing supportive services to construction contractors and trainees and apprentices on select highway construction projects.
