Statewide Needs and Capacity Assessment/Survey of Local-Level Stakeholders
The Administration requires survey services to collect and analyze data to
determine the needs, desires, and capacities of local-level stakeholders for the implementation of
automated, real-time education data exchange capabilities between local-level stakeholders and the
Department. This type of data exchange is designed to reduce data entry, reporting, and validation efforts at
both the Department and local levels. It is the intent of the Agency to solicit responses to this RFP in accordance with
the statement of work, proposal preparation section, and specifications contained in this document.
Vendors will be responsible for all tasks associated with survey services for collecting data for the needs
and capacity assessment.
