The State of Alaska, Department of Public Safety (the State) is soliciting proposals to implement a comprehensive Statewide Multi-jurisdictional Law Enforcement Records Management System and Automated Field Reports. The State desires to purchase a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software package that requires little to no customization to meet the departments needs.
