Statewide Mass Media Campaign
The Department intends to obtain marketing development and design, video production, and media
placement services in support of the program's outreach and
awareness.
This RFP consists of three parts:
Section i: Delivery of marketing development services including television, radio, outdoor, social
media, internet advertising and collateral development.
Section ii: Production of television broadcast-quality advertising and web-ready video.
Section iii: Placement of advertising, management and administration of media contracts, and local
or regional event and advertising sponsorships.
