Statewide Limited Services Environmental Document and Related Services
The Virginia Department of Transportation Environmental Division is seeking expressions of interest from consulting firms to provide services related to the preparation of environmental documents to satisfy the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and related studies for transportation projects on an as needed basis throughout the state. Services for individual components of these documents may require, but is not limited to, expertise in air and noise impact analysis and abatement; and natural, social, and cultural resources; and hazardous materials management. Public participation, traffic analysis and preliminary engineering also may be required.
The term of the resultant contract, if awarded, will be one year, and the Department may renew the contract up to two additional one year terms at the Departments' option. The maximum total compensation payable will not exceed $2,000,000.00 per term.
