Statewide Licensee Assistance Program
The Request for Proposal is designed to solicit proposals from qualified vendors who will be
responsible for providing a statewide Licensee Assistance Program (LAP) to provide
education, referral assistance and monitoring of compliance with treatment of habitual
intoxication or dependence for licensees, certificate holders and registrants who are
experiencing alcohol/drug abuse or addiction problems and who are regulated by the
Department at a
competitive and reasonable cost.
