Statewide Internet Based Scrap Metal Transaction Reporting System
The Contractor shall supply all software, including any software upgrades, programming and personnel required to provide and maintain (includes technical assistance in accordance with Section 3.1.2), an internet based System capable of collecting, storing (for five years), analyzing, and reporting individual scrap metal dealer transactions to law enforcement agencies statewide.
