Statewide Internet Based Scrap Metal Transaction Reporting System
In accordance with A.R.S. 41-2534, competitive sealed proposals for the materials or services specified will be
received by the Arizona State Procurement Office at 100 N. 15th Avenue, Suite 201, Phoenix, Arizona 85007 until the
time and date cited. Proposals received by the correct time and date will be opened and the name of each Offeror will
be publicly read.
Proposals must be in the actual possession of the State on or prior to the time and date and at the location indicated
above. Late proposals shall not be considered.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the Solicitation number and the Offeror's name and
address clearly indicated on the envelope or package. All proposals must be completed in ink or typewritten.

Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting
the appropriate Procurement Agency. Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange the
