Pre-Solicitation This notice announces the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Division (VRE), 3633 Veterans Drive, Fort Harrison, MT 59636 to issue a solicitation for a statewide tutorial contract. This is not a request for offers or proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
The Solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Services to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611691 with a size standard of $7.5 Million. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued electronically on or about June 26, 2019 on the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov.
To be eligible for contract award, responding contractors must be verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business under the applicable NAICS code in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ registered in System for Award Management (SAM), and must a have a valid Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number.
Solicitation Number is RFQ 36C10E19Q0205 and will be available on or about June 26, 2019. Formal quotes will be due to the Contracting Officer NLT Friday July 26, 2019, at 3:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at http://fedbizopps.gov.
